Description

Award-winning actor Jonathan Goodwin plays the roguish thief in this one-man play. Adapted from the classic Edwardian crime stories written by E.W. Hornung, devil-may-care and debonair amateur cracksman A.J. Raffles recounts the time he first turned to a life of crime, and the light-hearted capers that ensued as a result. Set in fogbound London at the beginning of the twentieth century, Goodwin has adapted the source material to create an arresting stage show guaranteed to lift the spirits. The stories have been filmed a number of times, most notably with Hollywood star David Niven in the role.
