Return of the booking form does not guarantee booking. We will consider your booking and get back to you within 10 working days.
- Groups of children should be supervised by the appropriate number of adults at all times.
- You are required to visit in advance to complete a site visit and risk assessment.
- You will be responsible for any damage to the building or the collection during your time at the museum.
- Toilets in cells are not to be used, they are not connected to mains water and do not flush.
- Premises must be left as you found it, in a clean and tidy state.
Sleepover specific terms:
- The maximum number for a group of young people (including adult supervision) is 50.
- The maximum number for a group of adults is 30.
- No alcohol is to be consumed on the premises during a sleepover event.
- You are required to provide proof of public liability insurance to the value of £3m.
- You are required to sign our Access Agreement form and Health & Safety sheet.
- Sleepover guests are required to bring / provide their own; food & drink (hot drinks may be purchased from our cafe), sleeping bags / roll matts / pillows etc, extra activities.
