The Midlands Service Excellence Awards seek to showcase those who go above and beyond to deliver excellent service and drive positive change within their organisations and communities – well it sounded right up our street!
We were thrilled to be shortlisted in multiple categories; New Business of the Year, Training Provider / Educational Establishment of the Year, and also the Team of the Year. Corinne Brazier, Heritage Manager, attended on behalf of the West Midlands Police Museum enjoying an evening of great atmosphere, good cheer, and suspense as the awards rolled on.
“After sitting through all the awards and not winning anything, Henrik then announces that once the independent judges had chosen all the winners they asked him if they could give one more award.”

It was revealed that the judges unanimously felt that there was one company that performed incredibly well across all the categories they had been nominated in, and was absolutely worthy of an award. So, for the first time in its 5 years history, a new Judge’s Award was created and presented to the West Midlands Police Museum!
